Welcome To Gymnastic Academy Of Boston – Norwood
The Gymnastic Academyof Boston, Inc. is a family business dedicated to helping kids. It has been continuously owned and operated for over 35 years by the Ferraro family. The Ferraro family’s interest in gymnastics was triggered by seven daughters who were involved in gymnastics. Most continue to be involved either at Gymnastic Academy of Boston (GAB) or at their own facilities.
The success of GAB – Norwood can be traced back to 1972 when the program started out with only folding mats, a balance beam and a tramploine in the Ferraro’s back yard.
Since the program has grown steadily to include our large, fully equipped gym staffed by gymnastic professionals. Gymnastics and developing happy, healthy children is GAB’s only business and their greatest passion.
GAB’s reputation has remainded strong over the years as evidence by the large number of second generation gymnasts that register every day. Over the years they have developed many State, Regional, and National Champions; however, their primary focus still is the dedication to the young children interested in learning gymnastic skills in a fun, safe environment where each hild is important regardless of his or her skill level.
