Alex comes to us after being part of Puerto Rico’s National Gymnastics Team where she was able to compete in national and international championships. She believes that gymnastics has shown her what perseverance, teamwork and mostly, discipline, are. This sport has shaped her to be the person she is now by helped me transforming her into the strong, patient, empathetic, perseverant woman she is today.
