Girls Compulsory Team
After becoming a USAG registered competitive team in 2007, the G.A.B. Girls’ Competitive Gymnastics Team has grown in leaps and bounds. We use a holistic approach to developing well rounded athletes. Our focus is broad as we work to develop a sense of dedication and pride both in and out of the gym. Our philosophy is centered on developing a strong trusting relationship with our students and teaching to each personality individually.
We offer competitive level’s from level 4 and up.

Girls Prep Opt Team
USAG Prep Opt is a unique program that meets the needs of many gymnasts by providing a team atmosphere and competition experience without the strenuous commitment of the USAG Compulsory requirements. The optional nature of the program also allows gymnasts to develop original routines that fit their own talents and personalities.

- We joined GAB in the Fall of 2005, starting in the school age recreational gymnastics program and moving up through the competitive team ranks. My daughter has grown so much with GAB, as a person and a gymnast. From her first handstands and cartwheels to back handsprings on the balance beam, the GAB coaches have been with her all the way! The coaches are fantastic, challenging each gymnast to achieve their goals with a high level of trust and open dialogue. The staff also allows parents to be part of the process and they truly care for every athlete in the program. We are so happy to be part of the GAB family! -Prep Op Team Parent
- Since beginning gymnastics at GAB I have watched as my daughter has become a more outgoing and confident person. I have noticed the biggest change this past year after being asked to join GAB team. - This is my daughter’s first year of GAB team gymnastics. She is really enjoying the entire experience, including competing both individually and as part of a team. I am thrilled that she is having fun, but at the same time she is learning so much. Not only has her gymnastics really improved this year, but she has also gained self confidence and a real sense of commitement. I see this in her conditioning at home and also at her meets. I find the coaches at GAB to be excellent, always encouraging and positive.
