Fireflies (Beginner 5 – 6 years old)

BEGINNER- 1 hour
Class Description

Are your children ready to tumble with us in a full hour of gymnastics where they will build self-confidence while continuing to gain strength, flexibility, coordination and balance and overall fitness? They also will develop the basic skills of gymnastics with the emphasis on forward and backward rolls as well as cartwheels. The children will learn how to safely use all of the gym’s equipment (bars, beams, trampoline, tumble track, rings and floor equipment), building up self-confidence and making new friends. Who is ready to cartwheel with us?

Advanced Fireflies (Advanced 5 – 6 years old)

Class Description:

Our Advanced Fireflies will be introduced to many new gymnastic fundamentals. They will be working on perfecting their basic skills: on the floor – forward and back ward rolls, cartwheels, round offs, handstands, bridges, kick-overs; on bars – pullovers, back hip circles, glides; on beams – walks, kicks, jumps, turns, leaps, walk on high balance beam and more…

Lady Bugs/ Lions : (6 years and older)

Class Criteria
BEGINNER – 1 hour
Children are grouped by sex, age, and skill level

Class Description

Our Lady Bugs & Lions beginner class is the best place for children to learn gymnastics. Our well trained and super active instructors will use encouraging methods to help your children to develop the basic skills of gymnastics; learn how to safely use all of the gym’s equipment (bars, beams, trampoline, tumble track, rings and floor equipment), building up self-confidence and make new friends.

Butterflies / Tigers  - Intermediate: (6 years and older)

Class Criteria:
ADVANCED – 1.5 HOURS
Children are grouped by sex, age, and skill level

Your child will continue to perfect basic skills and move on to learning more difficult ones.  Below is a list of criteria your child must have before entering the Intermediate Level Classes.
