* We plan a variety of activities in our programs to provide our preschoolers with developmental skills that will increase their physical skills and build a positive self-image.

* Our balanced program includes: Gymnastic Instruction, Swim Lessons, Arts and Crafts, Theme Weeks, Games and Activities, an Outdoor play area and tons of fun in our fully air-conditioned gym. Preschool camp is available mornings only.

*We combine gymnastic training with the fun and experience of a summer camp.

*Beginner gymnasts will enjoy gymnastic training as well swimming arts and crafts, and recreational activities.

*Advanced gymnasts will have a more rigorous gymnastic Workout.

Registration Information 

  • All campers are expected to complete a registration/waiver and release form with emergency numbers and provide    up-to-date health records.
  • These forms MUST be returned prior to attending our camp.
  •  A family insurance/registration fee of $20 is due with payment within first three weeks of camp. (Families who have attended class within the 2009-2010 school year are exempt from a registration fee.)
  • Siblings receive a 20% discount on tuition. There are NO REFUNDS for Summer Camp.
  •  Make-ups and changes are allowed on a space available basis only and are not guaranteed.
  • G.A.B. offers a convenient and flexible scheduling option including Extended Day programs that can accommodate even the busiest of summer schedules!!!
  • Age Requirement - MUST be potty trained!

Come and celebrate National Gymnastics Day and support Children's Miracle Network.  

Children's Miracle Network is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising money for over 170 children's hospitals nation wide.

Preschool Classes

Preschool: 18 mo-5 years old

GAB Preschool gymnastics classes are led by our preschool director, Sharla Kaplan and her experienced, energetic staff.  Preschool classes are packed with fun, music, games and gymnastics skills.  Our kids love the ever changing obstacle courses and themes.  Each week we introduce a new gymnastics skill.  The obstacle courses are very carefully planned to allow the children many opportunities to practice the weekly skill while reinforcing what they have already learned.

Grade School Classes

Recreational classes: 5 -18 years old
We pride ourselves on teaching the official USA Gymnastics level 1, 2 and 3 routines.  Our new grade school director, Jacqui Mazzola, has brought in freshening new ideas to G.A.B. Throughout the year, the grade school program will showcase two separate performances.  The first will be in February, our Future Stars Presentation to showcase our student’s official USAG routines.  The second is the Mardi Gras themed End of Year Show where students have the opportunity to demonstrate optional group routines and new skills. Each performance is a great confidence builder presenting their pride for all of the hardwork and fun they have put into gymnastics throughout the year.

 

GAB - TEAM

Team program: 6-18 years old
G.A.B.'s team program is led by Cara Maloney.  She has developed a comprehensive program incorporating strength, conditioning, and fitness.  Throughout the season, gymnasts will be competing in both the USAG national competitive league, as well as the Get Your Feet Wet Program.  Both league's first meets are on November 8th.  We wish them all of the luck, we know they'll do great!
